In case of loss or damage of the parcel

We do everything to deliver your parcels undamaged and on time. But sometimes situations occur when shipments get lost.

If such a nuisance happened to your parcel, do not be upset! You can request compensation for damages

According to the Postal Rules, compensation for uninsured items will be calculated as follows:

in case of loss, damage or injury to small international registered items (letter, parcel, small package), compensation is paid in the amount of 30 SDR and the amount of the tariff fee (excluding the order fee)
in case of loss or damage to a simple standard parcel (which is the majority of our items), compensation is paid in the amount of 40 SDR and 4.5 SDR for each kilogram of the parcel plus the amount of the tariff fee
in case of loss of an EMS item, compensation will be 130 SDR plus the amount of the tariff fee
If your parcel was insured (when sending you paid for insurance, 3% of the declared value), then the payment will be the amount of the declared value and the cost of delivery (excluding the cost of the insurance itself).

Only standard parcels and EMS can be insured; insurance is not available for small packages.

Applications for searching international postal items are accepted within six months from the date of dispatch, for EMS items - four months.

You will be informed of the search results within 2-3 months. If the item is not found, the Post is obliged to pay compensation within 10 days.
