Please note that the carrier is only liable for losses that were incurred due to its fault, therefore, losses caused by poor packaging, presentation of false information, etc. will not be compensated.

If you want to be sure about compensation when the value of the cargo exceeds the carrier's liability, and if the cargo is damaged or lost through no fault of the carrier, we recommend insuring the cargo against all risks.

When sending cargo by air, the tariff is directly related to the weight of the cargo. There is a generally accepted world practice for calculating the volumetric weight of the transported cargo, which is 167 kg per 1 cubic meter.

The calculation of the volumetric weight of a cargo space is made according to the formula:

length(cm) х width(cm) х height(cm) / 6000

When calculating the cost of air freight, the largest of the actual weight and volumetric weight is taken into account.
